Your membership in our Trade Program is based on maintaining your trade accreditation. Lighting Gallery has the right to change you trade discount at any time, based on your current order volume.
All pricing is plus freight. If you require a freight estimate, please request it in advance.
Lead Time & Availability
Any availability quotes are based on the manufacturer’s availability at that moment. Availability is subject to change. In stock items typically ship from the manufacturer within 7-10 business days, but please allow additional time for transit. (West Coast 7-10 business days, East Coast 3-5 business days)
All requests for merchandise returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Returns must be in “as new” condition. (An item that has not been installed or modified in any way, is in the original unmarked packaging, box and packing material, and includes all parts, along with all product and installation guides) All returns are subject to the restocking terms and conditions of the manufacturer, and may include a restocking charge of up to 50%, as well as freight charges for returning the merchandise to the manufacturer. Credit will only be issued once merchandise has been received and inspected by the manufacturer. Any custom order, or clearance item is final sale.
